The mug itself is generic and good. It's easy to customize and I enjoyed the process. As for shipment, the item was packaged well and it arrived quickly. The printing was just as I designed it. The only thing I regret is that I didn't edit the quote which I selected for the back. [The quote's punctuation should've been corrected before presenting to customers. Oh well.]
