ABOUT THIS PICTURE: Our campground host Vickie says, “Highland cows like Brussel sprouts and cauliflower leaves. Our guests at the B & B had just fed them a big bowl full. The cows get so excited that they slobber like crazy and their eyes roll in their heads as they chomp the vegetables. There was such a commotion at the fence trying to be the cow with the most Brussel sprouts and cauliflower leaves that this cow got Brussel sprouts up her nose. We thought she was keeping the pieces in her nose for an afternoon snack, but she was trying to eat them right away she loved them do much!” || Vickie lives on our 440-acre Cedar Mountain Farm in North Idaho. Surrounded by mountains and hay fields and wild flora and fauna, the forested farm offers dramatic clouds, scenic vistas, a rustic pond and rippling creek, and outdoor family adventures. Vickie is at home with rabbits, chickens, horses, sheep and goats, and loves to introduce them to guests of all ages.
