This is a sturdy, large mug that my co-workers really appreciate. The image looks great. It turned out the images were harder to center on the sides of mug that it would have appeared, even with the guides. A straight on side view of the mug, vice an oblique view, would have been helpful during design.

The colours and words are bright and clear and overall the mug is "spectacular"; the mug was missing from my original order of 5 mugs; however after advising you of the situation, within 10 days I received the mug and the following day another mug arrived with the word "Happiness" on it.
