5th Squadron, 15th Cavalry The 5th Squadron, 15th Cavalry executes 19D Cavalry Scout One-Station Unit Training (OSUT) in order to train tactically and technically competent Scouts who are imbued with the Army Values/Warrior Ethos, ready to take their place in a values-based ARMY AT WAR and capable of contributing from day one in a Scout Platoon operating in a full spectrum environment. Conducts cadre training, leading, caring, maintaining, and Family Readiness Programs. As directed, executes tasks in support of 194th Armoured Brigade and the Global War On Terror (GWOT).
