The navy blue flags have vintage gold roses decorations around the borders. The letters are golden caps. The message is "God Bless" followed by a 4 letters name that you should change letter by letter (the default is Noah). There are 4 gold crosses, at the ends and between words.
The gold roses decorations are from a vintage book cover from 1912, of The Complete Poetical Works of Geoffrey Chaucer, now in the public domain.
