Faithful reproduction of the 418th Bomb Squadron patch, which was often worn by squadron aircrew on their flight jackets. An original can be seen here: http://www.100thbg.com/homepage/patches/patches_main.htm The 418th was one of the squadrons that comprised the 100th Bomb Group, an American B17 bomber unit that operated from Thorpe Abbotts, England, during the second world war. A portion of each sale goes to support the 100th Bomb Group Foundation.
