I have still not received this item. It was “transferred” to my post office 12 business days ago. I went to the post office for them to look up the tracking and it was never received by them. Zero help from customer service. I will never use this site again. Really disappointed. My item wasn’t even personalized. It was a standard purchase but it still has not come-almost 30 days later.
