Vincent van Gogh's beautiful, famous painting "The Starry Night" rests above the calendar. Painted during the Dutch post-Impressionist painter's stay at the Saint Remy asylum in the 1880's, van Gogh depicted the rolling hills and cypress trees he saw from his window, as well as a village - which he could not see from the window - and the swirling night sky.
