Each year, Monika Wieland Shields compiles a Southern Resident killer whale calendar featuring some of her best images from the season. This year's edition features all photos of J-Pod females. From J19 Shachi to J35 Tahlequah, it's the females that hold the pod together and they are celebrated in this 2024 calendar. Each month's featured whale is identified in a caption. All proceeds from the sale of this calendar are donated to the Orca Behaviour Institute.
