the product i ordered was prompt. i messed up on the date for the graduation but it was too late to fix it tried emailing. its very nice parents that i showed it too were very impressed and even my son likes it. i was satisfied with the product. its exactly what i was looking for. i really didnt care for the numbers. the ones looked like "i"s but we fixed it on our own.

All of the personalizing I did was correct. Some of the cards came with the black on the bottom edges rubbed off. Some of the envelopes came with back smudges on them. Nice quality. Did the job. Printing was crisp and clear.
