I ordered 18months and would not go over her head. I e-mailed customer support with the problem and in a few days another new shirt arrived. This one fits perfect. i loved the choices in fonts and colors. this is a good quality shirt, and i will almost certainly buy again! the lettering feels like it's just part of the fabric; not like an "iron on" with a coarse texture that will crumble in the wash.
