1 of 2 Sherwin Cotton Passion Flower Antique Repro Ceramic Tile

From the late 1870s, this tile is one of a pair by Sherwin & Cotton. It shows a Maypop or Passiflora Passionflower vine. The tiles are designed to alternate vertically. We have the other tile available separately. This reminds us of some Herter Brothers late Victorian motifs but it also looks like it could have been designed recently. Suitable for a wide range of decors from Art Nouveau, Bohemian, and Craftsman to Traditional, Transitional, and Victorian. Available in 4.5 inch and 6 inch tiles as well as other items. Tiles are highly collectible and make great wall tiles and backsplashes for kitchen, bath, shower and laundry, fireplace surrounds, trivets, coasters, decorative accessories, and, of course, gifts. You can also use them to frame a mirror, cover a table top, and other projects.
