Unmistakable is the only way to describe Virgil Exner's Imperial design for 1962. The only year that the "free-standing headlights" and "free-standing, gunsight taillights" were paired together, 1962 is my personal favourite from this era. Even Chrissy Hynde thinks this this mug is "precious."
