A CASE Company Tractor grill of the 1930's era. CASE was among the 10 largest builders of farm tractors for many years. In the late 19th century, case was one of america's largest builders of steam engines, producing self-propelled portable engines, traction engines and steam tractors. It was a major producer of threshing machines and other harvesting equipment. In the 1950s its construction equipment line became its primary focus, with agricultural business second.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
