1930s Buck Rogers comic Wilma Deering Cushion
This image comes from the estate of an artist who had thousands of pieces of old paper: old magazines, old sheet music, old childrens books, old photos, old postcards, old comic books, and on and on it went. This image began life in a 'big little book', but was found loose, so I don’t know which book it came from. It’s captioned ‘Dr. Huer’s yell in Wilma’s earphones almost deafened her: “No! No! On your life– Don’t do that!” he cried.’ I guess Wilma paid attention, because she lived on in later books. Wilma looks VERY cool on all kinds of EVERYTHING. . Wanna see more old? OMG my order exceeded my expectation’s. My products are beautiful, they were done soo well. The cushion I did was for my nephews birthday, who had his little pet chapoodle for just over 15yrs, she passed last yr. So I had some special photos as well as a photo of her paw prints and hair put on the cushion. I wanted to make it special for him. His birthday is not until Mon 27th so he hasn’t seen it yet. When he opens his present on the his special day, we are all going to have a little cry, all because of the cushion and how well it was made to bring out the best memories we have of our little Princess.
So thank you soo much for the work you did, and I will most definitely be using you again for one of my other products.
