The 1921 Blue 10m Polish postage stamp. Beautiful design depicting two Polish woman gathering wheat, a star is seen in the sky. The design symbolising Peace and Agriculture and and was issued for the proclamation of the Polish constitution of March 17, 1921. Not the first time the Poles issued a constitution - their first was issued in 1791 - the second country to do so after the United States of America.
