11th Airborne Division "Arctic Angels" Grunge T-Shirt
The 11th Airborne Division Tribute design honours the brave "Arctic Angels" of the US military. This airborne unit was formed in 1943 and became well-known throughout the Philippines during WWII. The Arctic Angels stood out on the battlefield for their daring jumps and fierce fighting. After their victories, they joined Japan's occupation force, demonstrating their courage and fortitude.
The US Military Alaska headquarters will be renamed the 11th Airborne Division by 2022. The 1st and 4th Brigade Combat Teams were redesignated as the 1st and 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Teams of the 11th Airborne Division, respectively.
This design honours both the 11th Airborne Division's legacy and the brave men and women who served valiantly.
