【りきゅうからはなちょう】唐花紋。 利休が直接紋を作ったとは思えません。利休鼠のように、利休好みという意味でしょう・・・(中略)茶人好みの意味かと思いますが・・・。(泡坂妻夫著「家紋の話」P148) この呼称は「江戸紋章集」によった。なお、「紋章大集成」「紋之泉」は、これを単に”唐花蝶”としている。
