Very satisfied with the result of my order! I was hesitant at first because there was an issue with the delivery of my package (it ended up being my post office's fault, not Zazzle's). I called their Customer Support line and the agent was extremely kind and helpful. He quickly resolved my problem, issued a reprint, and waived rush shipping to make sure I received my order in time for Christmas. Really appreciated the speedy resolution! The printing turned out exactly as shown on the photos/model for this item. It's great!

I originally ordered 1 tie to test and ensure I liked it with the suits we had ordered! The tie came and it was perfect! We loved it! The colours were bright and the tie was beautifully made. I then ordered the 6 additional ties and the colours are slightly different. The 6 ties were a little less vibrant and the white background was slightly different!
