"Reveries" was made by the American Artist Maxfield Parrish in 1913. ~ Parrish's paintings are a combination of fantasy landscapes and fairy tales, with saturated colour and luminosity. He would apply bright layers of thin oil paint, alternating with varnish over stretched paper to get the luminous effects he was known for.
