"PLACE OF PRAYERS" He came to pray, at the gathering place of the Inuit and the Haida. On the night of the Full Moon he prayed for his clan. He asked for the people of the southern world to awaken from their uncaring slumber. That they might rouse to awareness and finally see with open eyes, that all is beauty, that all life is precious and the Earth is in need of rescue.

As he uttered his heartfelt words, his prayer was heard. The sky came alive with colour and electric bursts of brilliance. The Aurora Borealis danced in the Midnight sky as acknowledgement that his prayer had reached the heart of The Great Mystery. Lights pirouetted across the illuminated stage of Space for many hours after his prayer was offered and so the lone Polar Bear departed for cooler places, his task complete.

Today, each time the Aurora electrifies the northern skies, it is a reminder to us all to take care of our Mother Earth and to nurture her back to health.
