[IIMM2/A.Ml.St.T] This is my second design for this particular product line, under Iterate Imagery. Mysterium Mathmatica images are 3D Fractals, having shape and textures resembling real world objects. The depth of field and shadow lends to the three dimensional quality of these images making for some very unique effects. Fractal art has been around since the mid 1970's when it was considered 'pop' art. In the decades that have followed, while some of the very same images may be created, the level of sophistication, both in program and the mathematics, and the imagery that can be created have become cutting edge. Modern Science, Medicine, and even Hollywood are turning to this School of mathematics for answers to every day problems that can not be solved through conventional Math. While I am limited in my understanding of the actual formulas that go into these wonderful images, I am becoming very skilled in their application. This particular 'Parameter', a combination of formulas, contains a 'Menger' formula, which creates very interesting Arcs and Arches that interconnect in a fashion that resembles the support structures found in suspension bridges. Within the Parameters of this image, there are a number of formula that lend to it other qualities. I hope you enjoy this and all of my images.
